We pride ourselves on being an upfront company. We want you and your pet to be comfortable with us before you leave on your vacation. In order for this to happen, we need you to check us out. Call ahead and we can go through everything you need to know prior to boarding your pet. Next, a phone call is not enough, you must come visit us, meet our staff, and see our facility. Your next step would be to bring your pet in for a free trial visit. A lot of pets and people feel anxiety with the whole boarding experience. This is normal but what a better way to avoid unnecessary anxiety than with our trial visit.

Looking after your pet is a lot of responsibility and we take this seriously. Some pets may feel abandoned, not want to eat, and be very fearful. We are not your home and this will be a big transition for your pet. If during the trial visit we feel that we are not a good fit for your pet we will be upfront and honest. You do not want a call during your vacation saying that your pet is sick due to separation anxiety. With us, passion comes before fees. Sometimes a trial visit may not be enough and we may recommend a daycare here and there leading up to your vacation. Again it is hard to take some animals from your house to ours. We are here to make it easier for both you and your pet.
